Meet Marcey
Marcey Wisman has spent her career serving the people of Floyd County—as an elected official, business owner, financial professional, volunteer, and community leader.
For eight years, she served as the elected New Albany City Clerk, where she managed public records, oversaw legislative processes, coordinated public meetings, and worked closely with elected officials, department heads, and citizens to ensure local government operated efficiently and transparently.
Today, Marcey continues serving the community as an independent contractor providing bookkeeping and tax preparation services for small businesses throughout Southern Indiana, helping local entrepreneurs stay financially organized and successful.
Throughout her career, one principle has remained constant:
“Public service is about earning trust through integrity, accountability, and hard work.”
